Need help getting back into the game

Hello, everyone. I have been out of the juice game for about 2 years now and am thinking about getting back into it. I have done 5 cycles total, my last one consisted of 900mg of T200, 30mg of dbol, and fina (i forget the dosage). Anyways since it has been two years now, I have managed to lose almost everything. I was extremely ignorant and did not keep up with my diet and lifting. Now I am looking to gain some weight, around 15lbs-20lbs.
My question is this, do you think I could get away with only doing....

Sust - 500mg
Deca - 400mg
Then post cycle clomid
and still gain my desired poundage? I know this looks like a newbie cycle, but I thought since I have been off for so long, I could get away with it.
 
i have only back hitting it hard for 2 months now. I know that isnt that long and maybe I should give it some more time, but it is hard when I know I can get my hands on some sause and get the gains I want much quicker.
 
Actually, from what I've heard, muscle memory should help you make good gains quickly (assuming your diet, form, and workout plans are all in check) now that you are back, even without gear
 
Yeah I know all about the muscle memory. My form and workouts are all in tune. But, I am only eating around 3 times a day. I am also not getting all the water in I should due to the type of job I have. I cannot be going the bathroom every 30-45 min. Maybe I will give it some more time and work on my diet a little more. I just wonder how long muscle memory works. I lost around 30 lbs (I dont expect to get all that back), and that was over a 2 year span. I just dont know if muscle memory is good for over 2 years of lost muscle???
 
I wouldn't put too much into that muscle memory idea. Focus more on eating 2grams of protein per pound of lean body mass, training hard and smart I like doggcrapp's training since it allows a good amount of time for recovery. Also if you want to get back on gear. I'd go with something simple like testosterone enanthate for 6 weeks @ 500-600mg/week and than week 6-8 switch to propionate @ 50-75mg/day. Come off with clomid/nolvadex/b12. Than see how your looking and do another cycle when ready.
 
You will not achieve the gains you desire without adjusting your diet and water intake first...I don't care what kind or how much gear you use. You need no less than 1 1/2 grams OR MORE of protein per pound of body weight divided up into meals where you're getting around 50grams at a time. Drink at least a gallon of water every day. You'll be in the bathroom frequently initially, but after a while, your body'll use the water more efficiently and you won't have to spend your time running back and forth
 
I'd give it a few more months of hitting the weights naturally, before I cycle again. I believe in muscle memory, as long as the diet is in order. Make sure you get your protein.

How many times does this need to be said? Without diet in place all the juice in the world is just a waste- IMO.

Good luck with your comeback. Give it some time. Work on your diet and when you have diet and workouts clicking along then look at taking the next step.
