I no this has been brought up but any one tell me correct dosage for liquidex 30ml from research and has any one had good results from his mix of ALA

use .5 ml for .5mg....nice and simple bro...just use the .4ml mark on the droppers they give you...

Use a syringe bro. Measure out .5 ml and your set
