If it's all you're doing, I would say around 1-2 weeks. I've never done it by itself though. Always with fina.....

I've seen some members who posted that it started kicking in within the first week brotha...............try 150mg/ed anadrol like I'm on and you'll feel results after 3 days......

ok today is day 3, i just wish i could start cutting it with my EQ, i have done 1/2ml of enatat to cut it, till everything EQ gets here. It works so much better if you do cardio after shot, then the site doesnt get that sore

Massage that site for about 2-3 min after you inject-it does wonders...I felt the prop on my current cycle after about 4 days.

I usually feel the prop at the 1 week mark.

I felt my prop and fina kick in in less than a week I was on ttokkyo prop and it hurt for 1 day aftre I shot a new location after that it did not hurt so the first shot in say my right bi hurt for a day then any shot after that was fine ! good luck bor let us know how is goes !
