Weird feeling

Hardly a Newbie
Well yesterday is my day off, i just do cardio.

So i ran in the morning, and came back at my shake, went to lunch. It was so gross, so i come back to my room clean up a bit, take another shake. The water main broke and well i had a shitty diet, ate a few lifesavers, a few freezer pops, 2 bags of beef jerky. And i felt like shit, just watched tv all day. I really felt like a bum.

So does anyone else feel like shit if they dont work out?
 
Sometimes-You should always be able to find a hoops game or rough-touch football to play on your off days-Especially during finals week and with the warm weather....Get your ass movin!

I dread my days off. Wednessdays and Sundays are my days off. I don't know what to do with myself on those days.
 
Depends on why I miss. If I'm in need of rest or something important comes up, then it doesn't bother me as bad than if I were to just blow it off. If I am worn out from work and have a bad workout, it bothers me just as bad.
 
Yep I don't feel the same, I really haven't had time to work out the past few weeks, I've been so busy with my company start up.
 
Training first thing in the morning on an empty stomach after your body has been fasting all night can make many people light headed. Try and eat something approx. 60 minutes before you go to the gym if it is part of your regimen.
 
its when i do cardio not on an empty belly that i get sick. I feel really good in the AM, but my 6 pm im falling on my face
 
spanking it a lot is more than enough cardio for your days off, bro - listen to poopoo on this one

I usually watch Ronnie's video for the umpteen-millionth time on my days off.....YEAH BUDDY!!!!!
