flax seeds bread

Has anyone tried this bread. I was in the supermarket yesterday and stumbled upon it. It's mixed grain bread loaded with flax seeds. Thought it was a great idea to add more flax in my diet. Tried the bread today and it's not bad at all.

I used to buy Uncle Sam cereal. That has flax seed in it too. Made me real regular, used to shit like a horse. LOL Don't know what else it does but I guess it is good for you.

yup. that's the brand. It's tastes pretty good. And adding additional flax in your diet is beneficial.

I'm going to look for it in the store and see if it is available here. How do you think flax seed compares to fish oil? Would it be a good thing to include both?

I'm certain that adding both to your diet in moderation is a good thing......no, I don't have any data to back that up, but can't you just trust me on this one??

I use Flaxseed oil in my protein drinks - its good fat and makes the drinks taste better.
