i have been feeling real tired latley after I get off work and have not been in to my workouts. I have been forcing myself to go. I hang drywall all day so I don't know if that is a factor or not but feel that I am overtraining been taking off a day after every workout and still dread workingout. this has never happened before ussually excited and ready to workout after work. so I don't want to miss any workouts becuse I am on a cycle but I need to do someting. this sucks . what should I do . take some days off. if so how many days? is this going to set me back in how much weight I gain on this cycle If I do take some days off? help please

If you are so fatigued that you can't do a workout, I would think your body is trying to tell you something. If you are getting that much exercise at work, you are basically getting at least somewhat of a workout.
How long have you been on your cycle?... results so far?
Are you eating right and getting enough sleep? Those can be major contributors to the way you feel and perform.

just starting my 4th week of a sust cycle been eating real clean and going to sleep early. maybe the heat is getting to me its been in the 90s all week and humid as hell. I just hope taking a little time off wont affect my gains. I am still going up in weight on my workouts. I do not know what is up

Now its getting clearer. You are working in a lot of heat and humidity, doing very physically demanding work. You need to make sure you get LOTS of water and replace your electrolytes, or you will be too drained to do anything.
You should start to feel a real energy boost real soon from the cycle, but remember to get lots of rest. You are taxing your body to the limit, and are going to have to gets a lot of rest.
Also, take an honest look inside and make sure you are really putting forth the effort you need to in the gym. You sound like you are serious about this, but it doesn't hurt to take stock of things once in a while.

LOTS of H20 and ECA or NYC 1 hour prior to training-always seems to get my motor running after a long hot shift in the kitchen!!

Could be a bit of the Sus flu. Try using some ECA to get through your workouts. Take 30 minutes before you go on an empty stomach.
