Is it hurting me if I do one muscle in the morning and one muscle group later on in the day. or should I do both muscle groups in one workout

I wish I could split. But things in my life already get left undone because of lifting. LMAO You should see my lawn!

Spilts are great if you have time. But if you do splits make sure you eat between the workouts & rest some to be sure to take full advantage of spliting your muscles into two different workouts. I like spliting biceps & triceps and thighs & hamstrings.

no time for splits here.......wish I could split quads/hamstrings though, they're tough to do together

IMO it's all about intensity. I can't hold maximum intensity for two solid hours. Given that, splits are the way to go -- that way I can get intense in the morning and then have recharged enough to go super saiyan again at night

I only do one body part per day so no need to split. I do split weight training and cardio though. If I were doing two body parts per day, I would elect to split them.
