been shooting in glutes twice a week on a test cycle but getting ready to shoot winstrol ed for the last 4 weeks of my cycle.can I continue to shoot in the glutes for the rest of my cycle? how do you know that you need to switch injection sites?
 
i've never done more than 2 shots a week in the glutes. I would try the quads or delts. I generally like to hit 1 spot only 1 time a week.
 
hitting different sites once per week will cut down on the amount of scar tissue you'll accumulate
 
so you are saying that nobody shoots ed in the glutes when they are on winstrol? If it is possible I would like to stay with the glutes. what can happen if you accumalate a little scar tissue. does it realy look that bad

damn, fbcat... i must be a total pussy, cuz I don't think I could ever inject right over my heart. *chuckle*

And yes... scar tissue isn't what you see... it's inside under the skin... there are a couple places in my gluts where it is now hard to push through... and I never did more than 2 shots per week in the gluts. So, everyday would likely make it much worse.
 
I did quad shots, only, for the last 3 years until about 8 months ago. I had to change because I had NO area of my vastus lateralus (sp?) left that didn't have scar tissue. It got to the point that I would have to hit my quad 4 or 5 times with the same pin before I could get the plunger to 'plunge'.

At the rate I am going, the same thing will happen with my delts in about a year. *sigh*

I would go for quads or delts and rotate the shots with your glutes.

If you feel adventerous try bicep injections, they are not near as bad as you would think.
 
pecs are great, tri's are good,bi's aren't so bad, traps are different,quads are a peice of cake, lats suck if your doing them yourself and calves can be tricky lots of nerves there. God I can't wait to finish this one getting to be a PIA on the sticks.
