extreme loss of appetite

Any of you guys ever experienced this? I'm just past the 10 week mark in my cycle. Doing cyp, eq, fina, winny, and T3. Doing cardio in the am and lifting in the pm. My diet is in check to the exact calorie, protein, and carbs. Traing all out. I've notice and been told that I'm getting great results. I've gone from 220# to 206# currently. Cutting real nicely. I've lost 2.5 inches from my midsection and would say lost about 4-5% BF. Everything was like clockwork till 2 weeks ago. I just can't eat anymore. I mean I have to literally take a half hour to force any type of food in my mouth. I was eating 7 real good meals before. It seems like my body doesn't even want 2 right now. I'm still trying hard to get the 7 but it's getting more difficult everyday. I don't want to hault my progress right now because the fina ed is kicking in. I don't want to undereat and allow my body to go into catabolic mode due to the two workouts per day. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? It's really pissing me off because I've been so strict and anal on this cycle and now I just can't force myself to eat anymore.
 
I had a silmilar experience my last bulking cycle-At about wk 8 I could not stand to look at, or even think of food-It became torture to consume 4500 cals a day-After about 3/4 days it went away....From what I read maybe try the b-12??
 
I thought about that Gear but I don't want to just cut out the T3 without properly ramping back down. I think the T3 maybe be the reason for my appetite loss. I did increase the eq last week to help with the appetite so hopefully that kicks in quickly.
 
that may help for the am meal which I can't even bare to eat but wouldn't account for the other 6 meals during the day that I can't seem to bare either. It's really weird becuase I've never experienced this any other time during cycles. I also don't think that I've ever been this stringent during a cycle.
 
I f anything the cardio will make you hungry ....I had the samwe problem on my last cycle ..Eq didn't do the trick for me ether the b12 helped alot ....( this is not a sales pitch) this is why I like shorter cycles in theory....My last was 25 weeks...

Make sure to get your protein in then you will just cut up.

T3 doesn't need tobe ramped. stop it will be back to normal in under a week ( I'm hypothyroid I 've taken thyroid meds for 10 years I know what I'm talking about)
 
EQ made me hungry last go 'round, but the addition of the b-12 this time has done the trick in terms of heightening my appetite even further
 
b12 @ 1000mcg/day works for me. but still get loss of appetite, try to just slam shakes when you know you should eat but don't feel like it.

You should start with Choke, don't let all of this UFC stuff scare you......I'll be right behind you in the car with the motor running...lol
 
it sounds to me like it might just be a mental thing. i am a very strong believer that your brain can overcome almost any physical problem you are having. just focus on thinking you are hungry, lie to yourself that you ARE hungry, it should work. Or maybe it might just be bloating from protein shakes cause when i have a shake it gives me the burps really bad and if i don't let it out i can't eat without alot of pain.
