ok ive been trying to bulk naturally right now only eating thirty five grams of protien a meal because they say thats the most your body can handle.. that is bull, i read an article by lee priest and he eats at least seventy five g of protien a meal,,, so i started doing it... strength and size has shot up like a mf.

35?-more myth-hell the rda for protein is about 90gm PER DAY!!-the more I learn about nutrition the more myth,legend and unsubstantiated,outdated opinions I find!-Gimme a damn shake NOW!!!

you have to be carful when you increase ..do it slowly .Last summer I tried to up my shakes from 60 to 100g's and my kidneys shut down ..I thought is was a kidney stone....

that's no good trust ........

BUMP, anyone here try suma root? What if any did you notice?

Also what is the correct doseage and when is it best to take it? Like how many g's or mg's and when? b4 meals?

Bjosh I have used it I used it for a few years ...And gained 30 pounds ......I have studies on it it will be released soon My scanner is not working .....but I'll give a point in the right direction .....
