We are looking for 2 new mods to help out . We only promote from within and give veterans first crack at it! However time is a big issue. you must have enough time to put towards answering posts,responding to emails, and most importantly getting you ass out there promoting MuscleChemistry and generating more traffic to the site. We also have implemented a 50/50 commission slit/profit sharing system for our moderators who close deals with advertisers. You aint gonna get rich but its something to give back to those who help Musclechemistry

I think these guys would make great mods. Time is important, but some members might be here all the time and just not respond to many threads..

Lets getting a vote poll started right now. Time in is important but if your posts are about t & a and not really helping someone then that is another story. Being a college man what about some kind of test? Each person running for mod must answer 3 questions from our current mods. Based on the answers as well as member bumps the new mods are picked. Sounds like a working idea.

a test? That would be hard, what kind of questions would you ask? I'd take the test just to see how much I know after all. - of yeah forgot to throw in a vote for my boy Bigjosh guy knows alot and is basically a human guiena pig. remind me of me.

just some questions from current mods. the answers would not be graded right or worry but how well the questions are answered. some questions on some of the newest topics and even some that a newbie would ask. then with bumps from current high posting mc members the new mods would be picked. sounds simple to me but that might not mean much.
