r-ALA vs. ALA...

Is there much of a difference between r-ALA and ALA? Would it be better to take 500 mg/day of r-ALA or 1,000 mg/day of ALA?

500mg of r-ala

r-ala is supposed to be 6 times as potent as regular ALA.

I just use ala cause it was cheaper at the time. I might try r-ala next time though.

What would you guys recommend:

1) 150 caps of 250mg/cap r-ALA for $75.00

or

2) 100 caps of 500mg/cap of regular ALA for $25.00
