WTF!! GD scale???!!!

other the past 4 days my weight has fluctuated about 10lbs everday--what i mean by this is that i am 10lbs lighter in the morning then when i went to bed and then by the time i get home from work i am back to normal??? who thinks the scale is broken?
 
3-5 pounds is about right ....unless your weighing in over 250-300 then it might be a good shit .....


you r scale is broken ...I know if I don't get enough protein I loose 3 pounds a day .....
 
I lost 4 pounds since yesterday, but I was stronger in the gym....hmmmmmmm, I don't like it. I'm sick of everyone pointing and laughing at me when I walk into the room.....
 
I usually loose 5-6 lbs over the night. Sometimes a bit more if I drink alot right before bed.
 
You have to remember to empty your pockets at night time. :satan:

Here's 1 for ya. Blend these together:

XXL Extreme: 1090 kcal (used to say 1070 I think), 50g protein.
Add: 2 MRP' - another 600 kcal and 90 g protein. (For the sake of volume, I like Labrada's Lean Body - not at thick as Myoplex, for instance.)
-Also 5-10g creatine
-METAMUCIL - could teaspoons at least, unless you like diarrhea. It can cut down on TP use ...

Gets you ~1700 kcal, 140 g protein.

man, that XXL's like drinking straight syrup......I like those for an after workout shake, I think there's damn near enough sugar to combat a whole freakin' bottle of humalog.....no, I'm not serious kiddies - do not try that at home

I've got a buddy - runs about 280 or so. Very big guy. He can't drink 'em b/c he gets nauseated... I always ask him if his "tummy would do better on some warm milk... " LOL.

I tell ya - drinkin' those (mixed w/ the MRP's of course) during the off-season is something I swear by. Very helpful for people with busy schedules and can't seem to to get the kcal they need b/c:

-You eat AND train at the same time.
-You can eat more meals during the day. Just train at mealtime - no need to wait till you have an empty stomach.

Also 1700kcal during the workout, and 'slin (I actually just use an insulin IV drip... LOL) and y ou've got pretty damn anabolic "experience."
