That's great! Now start to attempt 405 - just to get a feel for the weight. You'll be surprised how quickly you hit it.
 
still not at 405 yet, and I can do sets of 12 with 315....I guess it's a mental thing

Congrats on the 365 push, I was on top of the world when I did it the first time
