New Workout While Bulking...

I am looking for some suggestions to pack on some serious size and strength, especially since I am beginning a bulking cycle. I may just use a 5x5 routine, or some close variation of that, but I am open to hearing about heavy workouts that work effectively. Any advice?

Normally, I do about 10 sets per body part (save for bis and tris, which I do 6-7 sets per week for each). I keep the rep range between 4-8.
 
EAT, EAT and EAT some more. I usually do 3-5 exercises per body part and 3-5 sets per exercise with reps going all the way down to 3 if I'm feeling particularly strong that day
 
I stick with low reps, high intensity. I also try and switch my exercises every 2 weeks to keep the body from adapting. I also stick the your basic mass building exercises. No leg extensions or tricep kcikbacks for me. Squats, deadlifts, flat presses, military presses etc.
 
I'm going to add this- beware sudden strength increases and don't try to take sets to failure, at least at the start/middle of a cycle.

Muscles tend to get stronger faster than do tendons and you could end up like some fool from this board :eek: who tore an achilles tendon while doing calf raises with some ungodly weight.
