Having some cycle issues! Need suggestions

also running adex .25 ed

weight 191 height 5'10 age 31 BF% 9

Ok guys I am in my 8th week. I was 194 last week and now 191. My stregth is still up but I am loosing weight. I think it is water from going off dbol which is ok by me but I have hit a plateau with gaining weight. I was up 21ish lbs and I am eating every 2.5 hours.
300-350g of Protein
200-250g of carbs
100 g of fat
about 1 gal of water per day.

If I take more carbs I bloat. Maxing out at 50g of protein with every meal. Training is going well.

M-back
t-rest
W-chest
T- legs
f-rest
S- arms
Su-Shoulders
I am doing about 12 sets per body part except on arms where I go about 9 for each.

Any suggestions. I know a lot of you will say to eat more but believe me I am.

This a bulk cycle correct? Add more carbs and water, also read some of LA's posts about the advantage of adding extra fats (ie olive oil) to your diet. I know you said carbs bloat you, what kind of carbs are you taking in?
 
If you say that your stength is up that leads me to believe that your dropping BF while gaining muscle which is not a bad thing. If you do want to 'bulk' I think that you would have to increase you carbs if your concerned about 'weight'
 
Sounds like a combo of (possible over training) and diet

looks like your carbs are low, and may need to add some quality fats in there to (i.e. flax oil, olive oil)

get some injectable B-12 and add it to your normal shots
 
I know you say your eating a lot but your total cals. are only about 2900-3000cals.Your almost 200lbs for bulk you need much more cals.

Thanks for the quick response guys. I just changed to this lifting routine a week ago to reshock my muscles. I did have more rest in between body parts before with only four days training. I am currently taking 6 tbsp of organic flax oil per day. The carbs I take are all complex. Brown rice Sweet pot, whole grain organic oatmeal. I just got some B12 from my doc but I was told not to do more than 1cc per week. Is this correct?
 
I use 1000mcg/day, what dosage did your doc give you? I would up protein to 75g/meal, 400g/day+. Like everyone else said I would change up your routine. try lowering it to 9 sets or less for large bodyparrts and 6 sets or less for smaller body parts.

Funny, wonder what your doctor would tell me. I just went to 2ml a day on B12, lol!

I see plenty of room in there for increased protein and some room for increased fat. Please, please, humor me. Increase protein to 500-550g ed for the remaining 12 weeks. Also bump fats up by 50g. (BTW Olive Oil is cheaper than flax). Also center most of your carbs around your workout. A few before and then the 2 meals afterwards. Remember, it's easier to diet off fat than to put on muscle! You've done good so far but get the most out of what you have left. Good Luck- LA
 
That is an ass load of B12 LA. 500g of protein? I was under the assumption that the body could not assimilate more that 50g per 2.5 hours. It sounds like I am wrong. My workouts are in the evening and I do take in carbs afterward but only in one meal. The last one is before bed and I only do protein. I appreciate your input. I will bump up the fat and try to do more protein. What do you guys usually do as far as b12 and amounts per week?
