test based powder?????

what does it mean when they list test based powder.what is the finished product.prop?eneth?susp?cyp?what?
i was looking at a list and it had different test powders.on of them was test based.i didn't understand what kind that was.
someone said it was test with no ester.i st6ill don't understand what i will end up with after converted to a oil/waterbase

It is test with no ester, I believe all you can make with it is a suspension. But good luck, it is a pain in the ass to work with, your much better off with one of the other tests.
