r-ALA from Pumpnpose...

I received all of my gear supplements (r-ALA, Liquidex and Clomid)from Pumpnpose. Service was fabulous- I haven't one bad thing to say about their organization. I do have a question though regarding their r-ALA.

The capsules (250 mg) seem almost hollow, and when I shake an individual capsule, the sound of a small, solid object rocks back and forth- as if there is a little pebble inside, and not powder. Does it sound like this stuff is somewhat aged?

I just received my gear and my question is this.

The clomid is really crystalized. They attached a note telling me to heat it up on the stove for between 10 - 15 minutes. I am assuming you do this in a pan of boling water. Also the Liquid Nolva is good except for a little clump on the bottom of the jar....should I heat this as well???? The liquidex is crystal clear........any expereince with this or this product guys??

BTW the service was good.

This product is from pumpnpose. They are the only ones that are paypal AND ship to Canada. Otherwise I would order from a sponser. Like I said though the service was good.

The liquid Clomid is to be heated for 10 minutes or less on low heat, and then shaken until it becomes clear like the Liquidex. Pumpnpose suggests using no water in the pan but I will probably add a little, just in case. Do not go to the trouble of heating it until you are ready to use it.

So SNDMN ...you have to heat it everytime????

According to the Pumpnpose people, you only have to heat it up once, shake it around until clear, and it should remain clear and usable for the remainder of its use. All I was saying was don't bother heating it up until you are about to begin using it, because it doesn't really make sense to prep the stuff and it sitting for 10-15 weeks before you put it to use.

i had to heat my liq clomid from them several times. It will stay clear for about a week.
