to get them, I just opened in gimp (free graphics software, similar to photoshop), cropped the image a little to remove the wasted space, and then scaled the image (1st one I scaled the height to 100, 2nd to 150). Pretty easy!

Oh, ok - you just right mouse over the pic, and select "save image as" to save the pic on your machine. Then you go to your user options, and upload it from your pc just like you did to post the pic in the first place
