Ok, i like hitting my chest up, and well glues works great too. But im starting fina tomorrow. So ill try the bis, how bad is it?


Any hints?
 
not near as bad as you would think, virtually no pain from fina.
 
Does anyone see a real benefit from hitting tris and bis? I often wonder this, I only hit delts, glutes, and quads. If you see a benefit is it temporary? I have thought about doing it but I just don't know if there really is an advantage. Since I have six sites with my current usage I don't have to hit any one part very often -- so the only benefit would be if there was true spot injection gain. I'm interested in experience on this, especially as it relates to specific aas (that is, if it helps with one type of sauce but not another). FYI my favorites are fina and prop.
 
I think the only advantage is the ease of hitting them. Quads are the only place easier... maybe chest too.
 
Just did my first 2 bi injections 10 min ago. Kinda freaky :D Not sure if I liked it or not. Better than delts, I guess. We'll see how the pain is. In each, I put in:
.5cc buyb12 b12
.6cc fina (100mg/ml)
.6cc qv prop
.5cc winny in oil

Going to hit the gym for a bicep workout and cardio!
 
Soon you'll come to like the weirdness of it.

I wonder if anyone has tried abs yet? I wonder how deep you could go? Seems like it would be real easy to get to.
 
biceps are a weird injection.....I hadn't hit mine off in a while so I hit both of them the other day.....a little soreness, but I still like the temporary swelling I get

It'll most likely hurt the first go 'round, but after that, it ain't shit
 
Ok, I'm a weenie. Got 14 reps into my 1st set (going for 20) and said screw this! I'll work out bis and tris later today... did have a good cardio session, though!
 
I've tried biceps workout after injecting them and for some reason, I don't ever get a good workout
 
Ok, went back tonight and worked through it, and actually had a good workout! Biceps were killing me all day, and they were ALMOST unbearable during the workout, lol. The stretching between sets was the worst, though, but I think that actually helped the most!
 
Ok off of the subject, but MAILBOXKILLER your avitar is NASTY I almost got sick. BTW I just ate, if it comes back up, you owe me dinner!
