interesting info on ICN

I just heard from a bro of mine in Europe who said that ICN's have been underdosed lately. He said that lab reports show only 150mg of test. Has anyone heard anything on this at all? If this is true it might be why some guys who are taking 1g per week are claiming insuficient results.
