geez...this weekend i was out and had my shirt off and people just were staring and jaws seemed to be dropping....others get this?

sometimes it is worse than others but this weekend was kinda crazy

One of my patients asked if I was taking steroids. I said if I was taking steroids I would look like Arnold. I said it's from the Atkins diet. With all the protein and all. He said he should try it. Maybe I should have said it was Cybergenics.......LOL

I've gotta admit, I don't take my shirt off too much.
I am too self conscious of having hair stubble, or maybe that stray backne that you didn't know was there and it looks like it is going to hurt someone if it pops.
Things like that.........I have some issues, I know.

No matter how many shakes and suppliments I take I just can't seem to get into kick ass shape.

I thought you could eat all you wanted and sit on the couch if you took all of that stuff. I guess Nitro Tech/Cell Tech and Hydroxycut ads were lying. I want my money back!

I got an ego boost today. Went to the pool for the first time in a couple weeks, and as I was walking towards the water, this teenage boy nudged his dad and said "Oh my god - look at that guy!" "Look at his muscles!" I guess he thought he was being quiet. The dad kinda looked away quick

hell yea the stares and comments rock makes it all worth while the only down side is that girls seem to be afraid of me that kinda sucks.

I had some blonde hottie ask me to come back to VA with her (I was in Nagshead) to kick her boyfriends' ass.....poor thing, she was aaaaall alone at the beach. If I'd known what a rotten time I'd have with my wife later on in the week, I'd have hooked up for sure........hindsight's always 20:20 I guess
