I am in my 12 wk of cycle and finishing up on winny 10-15. I had the worst workout today for chest. First my bro bails on me at the last minute and then all weights feel like they are 40lbs heavier then they really are. Even though I had a ripped force I had no energy. I pushed through and finished strong but couldn't lift what my normal routine was. You bros ever experience this. Everything else is on tract though as far as diet goes. Shitty way to end a day...........:angry:
 
happens alot man, been at this for years and theres not much to do but work through those shitty days
 
Yah I know, it just sucks when trying to get this last week kicked in hard. Getting deppresed about coming off cycle as well. No more early morning sticks. Also thinking about jumping on slin. I read tons of info and might give it a shot. Hopefully will be a nice bridge before my next cycle.
 
Happens to everyone at some point. You're human. Just go to it next time. At least you gave it what you had.
 
I have the same problem about 3 weeks after I come off. Think it has to do with the Test levels being at a all time low. It suck but you just have to stick with it.
 
I am getting in the drag time of my comp prep now...legs are always sore from cardio and lifting and no carbs just depletes you it is a bitch but damn I am starting to look purty damn good!

Your legs should NEVER be sore from cardio, bro. Your intensity is too high if this is the case. You will lose leg size quickly if you don't cut back.

Ususally somewhere up by the front desk there is a gravity dial. Next time make sure it is turned down low. Some prankster probably turned it up on his way out before you got there.
