Hello, Freinds

I'm new to the board, I tried to intoduce myself but their was some kind of database error so, prehaps I'll try again sometime.

I have a Question about my juice and my gains.
I've been doing 200mg test cyp. Twice a week one amp on Monday and one on Thursday so 400mg a week total for 4 weeks and 1 nolvadex with my morning coffie every day as well as eating High protein foods like 30ish egg whites for breakfast and 8 chicken strips for brunch along with another dozen or so whites afew beef pattys and a couple of cans of tuna.....you get the Idea
and I've been lifting for about 6 -10 hours a day sometimes longer and a 15 min cardio walk (unemployed) my goal is to add bulk, I started at 240 pounds.
And while I notice I can lift far more weight every day and I have zits like I was 15 again I cannot put on weight in fact I lost 5 pounds,

Can someone who knows please tell me where they think I'm going wrong?

Four weeks. Be patient, you should start to see some difference now. What does your training split look like? 6 to 10 hours a day seems like an awful lot.

6 to 10 hours a day? That's insane. If your goal is to bulk you lifting sessions should not exceed 45 min to 1 hour. Low rep, heavy weight. Write down your exercise program. Think of it this way bro, whose bigger a sprinter or a marathon runner? Marathon runners are burning calories for long periods, not a way to bulk.

One thing I noticed other than the 6-10 hrs...you are eating too clean and you dont mention carbs...protein wise you are fine but throw them carbs in there!

and, if you're eating 30 egg whites for breakfast, thats about 180 grams of protein so you'll need something like ginger root to help ascimilate some of that protein.

Thanks for all the great direction and guidance, I had a feeling I was eating too "clean" so I've added things like pizza to my chicken and egg white meals, (I've gone down 3 notches in my belt) I usually do 5 sets of standing dumbbell curls (after may morning cup of coffee) for a warm up and then have a few egg whites and some vitamins, then I go on a 15 -20 min walk for cardio I try to keep that short as to not burn off to much, then I get out the curl bar and do 5 sets of standing curls, then off to the kitchen for more chicken egg whites and now I'll be adding some stuff like a burger to round out the carbs. After a short digestion rest I do standing triceps behind the head presses we call them suicide presses but I've heard the exercise called many things, then back to so sitting dumbbell curls isolating my biceps (they need special attention) then more food, and it pretty much goes on like this all day until it gets too late in the day or I get busted tired. I alternate muscle groups from day to day, that would be my arms (bicep, triceps and shoulders day) The next day I would work on chest, and torso abs ect. I take Sundays off and eat whatever I want watch TV and sleep. Also I had a feeling 400mgs of cyp wasn't enough for my bodyweight, mostly because I wasn't seeing any of the obvious side effects so I can only assume I'm not getting and primary effects either so I was going to adjust my schedule to 600mg a week next week. And maybe add some fina in the stack for the last 5 weeks. Again Thank you huntergatherer, midwtchamp, scorpio, Badgermoon I think I see the error of my ways now I'm going to add some more weight to the bars and go hit some all you can eat buffets for dinner. And adjust my juice plan. :D

OK try this do your workout all at one time. for bi's after 1 or two sets light warm up.

standing barbell curl. 3 sets 6 to 8 reps max. Use the heaviest weights possible with good form

Preacher curl close grip 3 sets 6 to 8 reps

seated alternate curl, twist to peak 3 sets 6 to 8 reps.

That's it, high intensity low rep high weight.

Thanks scorpio, Monday morning (tomorrow) I'll add some iron and your guidance, and get to work.

yeah you really need to work out a new plan.....try working out all at once like scorpio said....and dont do the same muscle more than twice a week...I only hit my lagging body parts 2 a week...But the good thing is you sound like you are very into BBing....that is all you need....and you will go far.....You should get with someone and plan your workout so that it fits you and not anybody else.....also you should think about upping the dosage...if it is not working then you should try to fix it.....but dont jump the gun....good luck....

I hear ya bro, I know the fundamentals and I have the genetics for it, I just need some fine tuning to my routine based on some good advice. I got some good advice here and I have a buddy who is a Personal Trainer and works at a big Texas Gym, he's setting me up with a routine that fits me. I added some weight to my curl bar, about double then it broke in half, so after I weld cools Ill try that again But I'm glad I found this board everyone has been great and right on with the advice and direction. I look forward to posting and boasting about my new gains. Thanks every one!
