If you could do it over again how would you do you first cycle.

I had the diet down I ran my test a little high and the flu cost me.

I would run it like this food every 2 hours , 2 gallons of water a day
supps would be alkalated creatine , 50 g protein shakes, insulin 10iu first thing in the morning and post work out. 4 ensure plus shakes a day for calories.
saw palmetto for prostate health ....

Lion fruit punch combo letrozole -finasturide everyday
1000 mcg B12
ginger root for increased digestion
hydro chloride for increased protied digesting
suma root for liver regeneration, antiinflamatory and protein synthsis ( 74% increase in the kidneys ) great stuff
I glass V8 jucie for electrolites
multi vitamin pack double RDA
CLA 4 g ed

Dbol 50 mg ed wk 1-6
tren 125 mg ed wk 1-12
prop 100mcg ed wk 1-2 and 10 -12
test enth 1g wk 1-10
winny 50 g ed 8-12
HCG 1500 iu wk 5-6 and 11-12

lion Cinnamon Clomid .......

workout is 5 on 2 off 1 muscle group a day

and my motavation pic for you all ...I'm getting close by the end of my current cycle I should pass the goal easily

I think the only thing I would have done different is add tren and eat better in the beginning. Not that my diet was bad, I just would have added more carbs.
 
I dont know if I would change my first cycle...I would change my second lol...I gained 30 lbs off of my first cycle, maybe I would throw in deca rather than eq but damn I love eq
 
You would use that amount of gear for your first cycle? That would be overkill... You just fifnished saying you used too much test in your first cycle and now you want to do 1g of test E
 
Sorry that cycle is how I'd run now it's what I'm running now....IIII was a little tired when I wrote it. for the first cycle I would have run the test a 600mg


18g that' s rough I had a freind who's girl friend did that to him she didn't change the pin and he almost passed passed`out ......omg you did your whole cycle that way ........ouch
 
I used a 22 and it didn't feel too great. hunter you deserve the jtunderdog award for sucking it up and putting yourself in a happy place.
 
I used 22g on my first and 25g now...I will never use any bigger than 25 hell Iwould like to use a 27g specially for bis
 
I would have had a better "Post Cycle' plan. Rather than just clomid I would have also used HGH, slin and creatine. I gained 21lbs on my 1st cycle and kept @ 12/13 but I believe I could have retained even more!

I gained 27 lbs, I don't think I would change it. Now post cycle is a different story. I would have added slin @ 10iu immediately after workouts only followed up with creatine.
 
You know what I think? I think most folks (me included) mess up on diet the first time -- not eating enough clean food. I think the best newbie cycle would be one using traditional cutting gear that is more forgiving of diet and allows for solid and retainable gains during the learning curve -- if you manage to eat clean so the much the better. I think this sort of gear is also more forgiving post cycle and offers less challenges from sides. I'm thinking gear like tren, primo, winny, and EQ. That is what I would do if I could do it over.
