Weight not going down

I currently did a heavy test cycle for six weeks then started ten weeks of cutting. In the first two weeks I lost a alot of weight most likley water. I'm currently at 279lbs at 6'3-I do not know body fat. I started Deca 400mgs,Winstrol 350mg, Eq 500mgs, and Primo at 400mgs per week. Also I'm up to 175mcg of cytomel and cycling clen(spliting it like it was dicussed weeks ago here-and doing so seems to get rid of the headaches) Now the question is my weight is not going down. Eating once to twice a day, Cardio is jogging 30min, walking 352 stairs, twice with weighted vest, and 30-40min of quick, lotsa reps weight lifing to get heart beat up. Any suggestions why weight is not coming off? I figured with the T-3 my metabolism won't slowdown but something is happening. When off cycle I can lose weight no problem. Any help, I would be greatfull-please no flames and no digs. Thanks p.s calories are under 1000 to 850

What the hell are you doing? This sounds like someone who wants to loose weight and decides to chop of his leg. You are using 175 mcgs of T3? That is alot even for someone close to 300lbs. Here is what I would do.

Taper the gear and get off everything but test at around 200mg. Taper your t3 and get off completely. Taper you clen to get off at the same time as t3. Up your cals to a reasonable level. I have no idea how fat you are so I can't guess what your maintenance levels are. But I would assume a min of 3500. Split your meals into 7 eating 3500 mg with no carbs after 7 or so depending on when you work out. Get healthy fats and cla also get clean carbs with low sugar except after weight training. Do cardio in the morning.

Rome wasn't built in a day-Neither is Adonis.

You need to get allot of things in order. You are taking allot of gear and your diet sucks, you eat 2 meals a day????? calories under 1000-850, t3 at 175mcg. I would do as everyone said, personally i think you have no busniess taking gear.
I would do as someone else here said and taper off it all except for test and learn what to eat, that is far far far more valuable than anything your taking. Drugs cannot make up for a severely screwed up diet. Good luck.

You could be doing a lot of things better.

1) throw out the damn scale, buy a tape measure and record distance around your belly button every 2 weeks

2) deca will make you retain water, hmm.. a lot of water come to think of it. Again when you come off totally the water will flush at that point in the mean time water will keep the scale up.

3) Lifting light weights to keep the heart rate up in a certain way to loose muscle. Screw the lots of reps. Do fewer reps, fewer sets but try your hardest not to drop weight on your lifts. Keep it heavy. Heavy stress will keep you from loosing muscle. Never, I repeat, never lift weights to loose fat. If you loose fat because lifting weights built more muscle thus raising your metabolism that's different but this thing about lighter weights more reps to get cut was/is one of the antiquainted Weider principals.

4) Judge your apperance by looking in the mirror. Can you see any portion of your abs? Obliques? Did I mention throwing the scale out before?

5) For someone your height/weight I don't think your cytomel dosage is out of line, but make sure you aren't relying on the drugs for fat loss.

6) Eat a minimum of 6 times a day and pay attention to your macros break-outs. 850-1000 if not enough to feed an anorexic teenage girl and you don't sound like you're even close to resembling one. Your metobolism will slow down even with the T3. Do a search on Leptin.

Hope you have a better time of it from here- LA
