missed my court date today for open container, what does that mean, is there a warrant out for my arrest. damn, i should call then and find out.........

Probly is a warrant. Any attorney can get it revoked. No problems

I agree, most likely there is a warrant, should be easy to take care of though, either call an attorney or talk to them yourself.

Shouldn't be do much of a problem but I have to agree here. Don't just sit around on your ass. Call an attourney before calling the courthouse. Drive very carefully and don't do anything else wrong untill you get this fixed.

Yep. If you wait and get unlucky you may give a cop who is having a bad day an excuse to screw with you. I'd clean it up as soon as you can.

just walk into the courhouse, beer in hand, and tell them all to go fuck themselves.......high levels of confidence usually get cases thrown right out of court and into the trash

k, i called up there and there wasnt a warrant yet so they ended up giving me a new court date which was a relief
