Biggest complaint about dieting/cutting

Ok lets hear some bitching and whining about cutting and dieting. 1. not being able to eat the good stuff aka krispy kreme cheesecake,need I go on?
these apply more to competitors
2. Dropping out artificial sweetners 10days out!!! no crystal lite or diet drinks ahhhhhhhhhhhh
3. carb depleting...all I have to say is damn some veggies
4. sodium depletion...if you have never done this you will not understand how good salt makes stuff taste...here is an example get natural chicken breast and some frozen breast cook both same way w/no seasonings and you will see difference
5. I get moody as hell when I cut...imma big bitch! (well little)
6. the constant looking in mirror saying damnit I am flat or damnit I am smooth or something like that
7. The ass of all asses is the water depletion especially when it comes to sipping on water and it is distilled water you just want to jump in a pond and drink
But after all this bitching and griping I do have to say I like the looks on people face when I take off my baggy shirts and pants and they say holy shit and the women drool over the abs, but the best part is after your night show when you can eat again! I look fwd to this I count the days...I even have a menu of stuff I am cooking on sun lol
 
You know what? A week ago I was craving all kinds of stuff... now that I've had to drop my artificial sweetners, all I can think about is how much I want some sugar free jello, lol.

Its only for a few more days!!! Ask yourself why doesnt everyone compete???? Because they cant handle the diet! only a select few can persavere(sp) and make it! You two will make it im sure!!!

It's a nice, greasy place to eat where the waitresses are all missing at least one tooth......tastes kick ass though

Didn't go dammit, when I went down there the place was freakin' PACKED and I sure as hell didn't want to go in wearing a shirt with my name on it.....lol

Yeah I know bro the best are mon-wed carb depletion i swear I turn into the devil lol and then dropping water makes me mad just thinking bout it lol

Why stop the artificial sweeteners?
I don't understand why they're so negative.

Man...I lost a good deal of weight (in a lot of time) not so much worrying about sodium intake. I can't cut that crap off.
 
the artificial sweetners supposedly make you hold water. At this point in the game (last week), it's all about conditioning, i.e. water and depleting/carbing up!
 
plain eggs (no salsa :() and oatmeal without pb or splenda... blech. I actually prefer my plain salmon or chicken meals, even though they don't have carbs! Well, maybe the oatmeal isn't that bad...
 
I still putting pb in my oatmeal shhh al dont tell...but I am only doing 1/4c. oats and 1tbs of pb....so my carbs are still blah!
