This past week was my 2nd time using cilias--and I have to say its great stuff--especially if your use to using viagra,like myself.The first time i used cilias I used about 45 mgs--TOO MUCH I was hard as a rock for 2 1/2 days but I did have a slight headache----and had a slight difficulty in sleeping cause i was too hard most of the night--this time I used 35 mgs and it was perfect! no side at all--- and i was like 19 yrs old again(I,m now 50 ). CILIAS is GREAT STUFF!!!!
