there are too many people on this site who look like swimmers in their posing trunks not bodybuilders, competing after 1 year of training. staying lean whilst bulking - all shit. some of you guys that are putting out pics a few days before of a competition are appalling.
take a good look at yourselves, do you really think youre a bodybuilder cos youve bought some overpriced gear off the net?
where are the standards, lets have some proper feedback and then at least we can save some of the people from embarrassaing themselves and the sport by standing on stage looking like a pumped up trained for a week on gear tit.
