COFFEE---- good or bad

I drink two cups of coffee every morning (black with one splenda)

is there any benefit or draw back this practice?
 
But seriously, Some people will tell you tht cafine is bad and then they go drink an ABB Speed Stack. IMO. Go for it. Good choice by the way with the splenda. I'm waiting for the carnation hazlenut to come sugar free using splenda.......
 
Just drink the coffe. Look at this way Coffee or alcohol? Which is better. I'd go with coffee. Just besure to have water too.
 
I always chug about 4 cups of my own special blend of chilled vanilla cappuccino every morning, I don't know how I would ever get into my routine without it, and I definitely go harder on the iron when I'm awake.

Pros: caffeine liberates fat out of fat cells allowing them to be available to burn. It gives you that extra energy you need to hit those sets harder. It increases you metabolic rate and burns calories, it even acts as a mild antidepressant.

Cons: It increases blood pressure, if your ears start ringing cut back on the coffee and watch your blood pressure.
It depletes calcium and a few other vitamins out of your system, this is not a problem if you take vitamin supplements or if your on the "juice" that causes excessive calcium retention.

Either way I got to have my coffee otherwise I'd be stuck in bed.:eek:
 
another con of coffee is that it will slightly raise your estrogen levels too...but hey I would kill for some coffee now!
 
i actually drink more coffee in place of diet sodas...they both have caffene but at least coffee is water, as opposed to carbonated water in diet drinks.
 
This machine runs on coffee. Lot's of folks use ECA -- I just like to boost the C part by a pot or two a day.
 
i drink at least 10 cups a day with one tsp of sugar. probably is my imagination but i look more ripped when i do this. i stopped a while by my docs advise and seemed to get less ripped.
