Hey what's up everyone I've been reading the MC board at 4am just before I go to work but haven't had time to post because they have had me working like mad.
BUT, yeah I have the genetics to be big, but I'm just now wanting to test some limits, My friend who pays LOTS of money in gym fees and works out regularly, eats well, is over 6 foot tall, has good bone structure, and just about the perfect metabolism.
He is always bitching because until just recently he bust's his ass to get built and I always laid on my ass, watched cable, drank beer all weekend, and basically had a very poor diet and no training regiment what so ever. And my Biceps were like softballs. He is in far better shape but I have the wide shoulders and the large bone surfaces and I've always been a pretty big guy. But now I want to push some limits, and see how far I can take it, with reasonable safety. And within a few months I was curling, benching,
squatting 3 times what he was and he's been working at it for a few years. (I did this without Juice) but then after some life perspective altering events I made the decision to go as far as I can, (Juice, Diet, training regiment, the works) I realized I have some great potential I'm wasting and I'm getting older everyday and if I want to push my limits and be a freak, a cartoon like huge monster I better get started now. Their are far worse things I could be doing, now all I have to do is raise the money for the Iron,food, juice, and also have the time to train and build. I have a pic but its 3 months old and I'm going give it a few more months and I'll post a pic, they are not anywhere near big enough to cut yet in my opinion but keep in mind my goals are somewhat insane. Whooo Rahhh!! :evil: I know all the basics and what's supposed to be done and when, but nothing beats the advice I've gotten from all the cool people here at the MC board, and I thank you all who have and are being so helpful as I undertake my journey to monsterdom.
