Move the IGF threads under one

Mods:

Some of these IGF threads are getting redundant, is there anyway that you can move all 5 threads on page 1 to one thread under LA's "Ask you IGF questions here-Don't screw the Pooch"

It will be easier to read and answer questions if we don't have to go to 5 different threads. It will also provide a more comprehensive study of IGF if it is one place. Then maybe we can make it a fixture somewhere in a month or so when we are all done with the experiment and can post some real results.
