I'm taking a week off of contest dieting, so I'm getting to use their whey protein again (dropped it at 6 weeks and went with all whole foods). I'd forgotten how good (& convenient) it is!

I been hitting the MRX hard since I am bulking - this is great stuff.
2 scoops in the blender w/ a banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal and some Flaxseed oil - I have a 750 cal. shake. Add in a little Glutamine and some fiber maybe some Hypercell and you have one hell of a shake.
Schwartz is the best.
