These are pics taken yesterday - 4 weeks out. Carbs have been around 125g/day for the past week so I'm pretty flat. Getting leaner and still dropping BF but need to be careful about losing LBM. I don't have a lot of LBM to start with (no A/S) - but I'm working on adding more size, just have to be patient... I'll be an over 40 Masters competitor. I know that I still have some work to do so posing is better, plus my volunteer photographers tend to snap the shots before I'm all the way into the pose.
Going to do a shitloading trial run this weekend. Today and tomorrow are very low carb days. I'm very interested in seeing how my body reacts to the shitloading. Was sure fun shopping for all the evil food - double fudge brownie and buttermilk pancake mix, giant choc chip cookie dough mix. Planning on spaghetti with lots of pasta and heavy meat sauce for dinner.
