Circuit Training ?

I'm working on putting a prefight circuit routine together for muscle endurance/cardio before my fight. i will probably start doing it like 5-6 weeks out. Anybody have any suggestions on how long it should take,how many exercises, sets, rest between sets, what exercises to do, etc, etc, etc.
Any feedback will help.....

No rest between sets. Where are you doing it? Because in agym it can be hard to get access to that many tools -- with circuit you cannot wait for the device to be ready.

If you have an all night gym then just go in real late.

Something like this

Cardio 3 min hard
Biceps
Legs
Aerobic 2 min (so you can breath okay)
Back
Chest/tris

Repeat

There are many variations but the key is it's like supersetting gone haywire -- no rest at all between exercises.

cardio is where you go and walk on a treadmill behind a particularly good looking and scantily dressed young woman .:D

How much time do you want to spend daily and how many X's per week?
 
I'm not sure how much time i want to spend doing it? i think that my workouts should be no longer than an hour, probably 3x a week depending on recovery as i get closer to my competition. I'm just going for muscle endurance/cardio at the point when i'll be doing it. I agree little or no rest is the best strategy. I don't have access to an all night gym but i will be able to get the job done at the one place i'm training.
 
Make sure you hit ALL you major bodyparts, If done in circut style 40/45 mins should be your max with no more than 30 seconds rest between sets
