ECA after clen?

i also posted this in the female forum but i figured i would get more responses here...
its my first time using clen, im 5'5" about 116, im on day 12 of 14 and i noticed minor results... i just bought caffine, ephdrine, and asprin to take for the next 2 weeks but im not sure how much to take
or how many times a day. The caffine is 200mg tabs and the ephedrine is 25mg tabs
and after i do the ECA stack for 2 weeks should I go back on the clen for another 2?

Typically an eca stack is

Ephedrine 25mg
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 300mg
taken 3 times a day before meals. However for a female at a low bodyweight I suggest taking one dose a day or split one dose to see how you tolerate it. I usually take an eca for one month before switching to clen.

Umm Umm I use clen and ECA at the same time but I dont think you and I would be using them for the same exact reason....my sis has the best luck w/ 2 doses of eca on am and on about lunch time

yep your right, 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks on eca, repeat.
