Those of you who have used T3, how long do you use it for? Also what is the max dosage you taper up to?
 
I ramped up too 100mcg's then back over a period of 55 days, now I am ramping up to 125mcgs over a period of 70 days

Well in the last 2 years I've seen people up the dosages over and over...

I've done T3 ... 2 different ways...

1) The first time I did it, I did 150mcg's for 6 weeks no taper.. .worked AWESOME with my other products at the time.. but safety factor was more then likely a -10.

2) ... The usual 8 week ramp... of .25/.5/.75/1/1/.75/.5/.25 ... awesome results when combined with anabolics ... (at the time of course) ... ... nothing better then non-discriminate depletion of carbohydrates/fats/protiens.... (except when anabolics save your protiens from depletion) ...

understand? ...

the 8 week typical pyramid yields great results bro when combined with the right items... and honestly.... THAT slow up and slow down rampage is not that devistating to the body as long as you give yourself a minimum of at least 2-3 months before using t3 again...

all personal experience... (or observation).. nothing through scientific research...

just my .02 ....
 
I don't understand how you guys use that much Cytomel. If I go over 25 mcg I aget severe side effects, heart palp, nausea, sweating, trembling, etc. Forget about even mixing it with clen, coffee or ephedrine. Do you guys split the doseage? Are you taking tabs or the liquid.

Personally I have always used for contest prep 25 mcg of Cytomel with 100 mcg of Clen and that burns fat like a MOFO with the most sides that I can handle.

Also, does your body start to get used to the doseage where after a while you can up it safely with out the sides. I am wondering because I have been on 25 mcg of Cytomel for the past 6 weeks and my thyroid tests are still showing up dead center normal. I wonder if I have just adjusted to that dose and need to increase mine
 
I got up to 120mcg. a day.

I started at 23 weeks out and went like this:

20mcg., 40mcg and stayed at 40 for quite a while.

Around the 10 weeks out mark, I jumped to 60mcg. and then to 80mcg. before going to 120mcg. for the last 3 or 4 weeks.

I did NOT ramp down (due to illness). I simply cut the t3 and clen entirely. I didn't have ANY rebound at all and actually lost weight. I am sure it was from the illness and not being able to eat much but I still expected some sort of rebound affect and didn't get it.

I've never done it, but I researched this stuff for myself one time. I also had a couple friends that did it. They started at 18.5 mcg for week 1, up to 37 mcg for week 2, 75 mcg for weeks 3-4, 37 for week 5, ended week 6 with 18.5.

This may be a bit high from what I read on Muscle Chemistry but at other places, I read it was pretty common.

Definitely do not stay on for more than 5-6 weeks especially if it's your first time. It speeds up your thyroid and may damage it if you continue for too long. That's why the tapering and short time is necessary.

So T3 burns fat rapidly, and also increases body temp? Does that mean that you would feel warmer in the winter outdoors? What about sleep though, I've read that some people have a hard time getting enough sleep while using it. My first wife was on a prescription of Synthyroid, and she was always cold, but her body had shut production down from hyper-thyroid treatment, so I guess that would be different.
 
Synthyoid is for the opposite thyroid problems that cymotel is used for, my Mom is on it, she lost about 30 pounds before they figured out it was her thyroid, they put her on that and it stabilized her weight.

Cymotel is for a slow thyroid to counter act weight gain.

I haven't ever used it, but I read it makes you pretty hot, and you sweat a lot, sound good for those Wisconsin winters Badger?
 
After the last one I went through, zero degrees and windy every night, working 7-12's from 6pm to 6am..... yes!
 
here is my ? on T3.

for instance you run t3 thourgh contest and start to taper during post cycle with clomid, nolv, b12. I like to use a little clen during post as well but i have read that when tapering t3 you need to stay away from clen, ephedrine and such. so how does this look:

post cycle
clomid normal 300,100,50
novl 40 mg ed
b12 1000 mcg eod
1-3 taper t3 from 80mcg down to 10mcg
4-6 clen 60 to 80 mcg per day

SKIP this is for you: will the t3 affect the carb up process? does it produce a drier look?
