wanna buy a vette---i got it!

Ok, maybe its my mid-life crisis but I want to get a vette. Looking for something from 1970-1982. Any suggestions, advice, cautions from those of you who are vette owners?

people drive vettes just like your gonna, look hard at the suspension and the miles per year.

back in '72, a friend of mine had one of those like in the picture... white one. Let me drive it around on some winding back roads near Cincinnatti. Ahhh, the memories.

It's an '81, 43k miles, L82 350 engine,runs strong, silver leather interior looks good but the seats are a bit worn. The paint looks great until you inspect it closely, so I will probably repaint it this winter or next.
I picked it up Friday night, my b-day present to myself!
