why the hell am I going hypo?

I rarely, if ever, went hypo during my contest prep, even on my 12g of carbs days.

I'm eating 48g of carbs (oatmeal) for breakfast, another 24 g (oatmeal again today) or so around my 3rd meal, and possibly another 24g later (not today, though)... and 80-100g of carbs post workout (2 fat free muffins, and about 15g of carbs from my whey shake). So around 200g of carbs on my "low carb" days.

So today, I went 3 hours from my first meal till my second (got busy at work), and felt majorly hypo. Chicken and salsa took care of it... Then, just a few minutes ago, I felt majorly hypo (slightly nausious, hot, a little dizzy, all at once) again! Ate some chicken with salsa, and didn't feel any better. Ended up eating some pie filling, about 50g of carbs worth, and it SLOWLY is subsiding. This is only about 90 minutes after my last meal (chicken and salsa), and about 4 hours after my post workout meal.

Any ideas? I'm NOT taking slin (never have)... ramping down my t3 (40mcg/day) - been at this level for a couple weeks... nothing else out of the ordinary

dunno bro but the same shit happens to me every once and a while, then just like you said finally give in to eating a bunch of crap to get rid of it..

AS you know al I get the same thing after cardio sometimes...specifically a day after legs and the next cardio session I hit...I can speculate why but I wont here....

shit man, I'm at a loss as well........the only time I EVER go hypo is when I'm on the 'log

are you taking ucp-1 or anything else that might raise your insulin sensitivity or lower it ?

that I am (weird)...
not taking l-carnatine right now (haven't since pre-contest)
