250/EQ/Pinks Run

I was wondering if anyone would suggest a good run that would help build plus keep me lean. I am looking at 250, EQ, and D-Bol. Thanks.
 
bro....run test around 500mg a week, and EQ at 400mg a week, and for the first 4 weeks run dbol at 30-35mg ed!! Don't forget your antie's....and your post recovery....
 
what are your stats, how long have you been lifting, etc?
 
Bro, my advice to you is if you are going to do d-bol, score some real Anabol (Thai Pink-British Dispensary); and although the general preference is to run it for four weeks, personally, I would run it for six weeks @ 25-30 mg/ed. If you can't get the Brit. Disp. Thai Pinks, consider Naps, which are also supposed to be of good quality, or go with Test Prop @ 100-150 mg/eod for the first four weeks. Certainly go with Test (either Cypionate or Enanthate) @ 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks (or 12 weeks if you are going to run EQ along with it). Good luck, bro.
 
Take Viper's advice, too, with regards to Clomid for post cycle recovery and Liquidex @ .25 mg/ed or .5 mg/eod for your anti-e. The Liquidex will help keep your estrogen levels down (this is especially important if you are gyno prone), thus help with water bloat, especially with the d-bol.
