I have a script for lortabs. Those are 10 mgs hydrocodone (like two regular vikes).

I usually abuse the doseage though.

I love pain meds but they are way addictive to me. I like Vicodin, valium, and some others too! I like drinking a couple beers on them. That is sooo bad to do though so I don't anymore. I dont drink or smoke or do drugs.... well most drugs

I used pain meds for a long time to mask pain from working out, injuries, etc. Luckily I'm rid of that demon. It's a bad path to go down.

I keep advill in business, but I have some goodies at home should I ever need them. Percs, oxycontin 20mg and hydro's. Damn I could open up my own ring.....

Ibuprofin very now and then-Why is everyone taking all these pain meds? I'm 37 years old with 2 ACL reconstructions, 20+ years of heavy training etc so don't tell me its because of lifting , getting older etc...........

I don't have a script but have taken 1 or 2 pain killers socially just to loosen up a little. I had 2 friends who were major addicts of any type of opiate and one even started to use pure heroin. They both died of over doses this past year within 3 months of each other. They were both BBers and one competed. It is a dangerous thing to get involved in and can catch up with you before you know it. Just do it in moderation, but i would not ever use them on a ed basis. Be safe.

I can deal with pain.
I have buldged disks near neck (3 or em and bone spurs behind em) and cuts off 50% of nerve to right side of shoulder.

The Dr's would give me anything was getting weakest one he would give 90, 7.5mg hydro a month but hated feeling of em after a while got sick to stomach tired lazy wanted to itch all the time and never seen it as something I could get addicted off of.

I got epidural blocks in spine pain-free for about 4 months then need another but I no longer have insurance. If I wanted to go to this doc he knows what kind of chronic pain I am and would give me anything dude next to me did not like hydros got morphine sulfates but I don't feel like wasting 130.00 for visit and script right now.
Ibuprofen at times is enough to deal with the pain, I did get some Vic's about 3 months ago when I severely sprained my ankle.

You wont see this old boy OD'n on pain meds!
always in the game~

I take tylonol PM occasionally.....

Pain meds can be bad news. We just lost a great guy to pain meds that started as a perscription. Oxy is a terrible drug. I wouldn't take it if I were in intense pain and perscribed it by a Dr.
I'll deal with my aches and pains rather than take any chance of becoming dependant on them.

been down that oxycontin road myself, its horrible, and financialy draining, im happy to say im a drug free man, but have tryed various things in my past

For some reason I have a really high tolerance of pain. Even when I had my wisdom teeth pulled out a few months ago (all four the same day), they gave me a script for Lortabs and a packet of 600mg prescription dose Advil. I never filled the script for the Lortabs and probably used three tabs out of the packet of Advil. Other than that, it didn't bother me that much.

My wife just had all four of her wisdom teeth out and she was hurting, but she didn't get the Lortabs filled either, just the 800 mg. Ibuproefin. Fortunately I've never had to deal with much pain. I did get to where I was completely worn out and every few days I'd take one of my wife's Percosets to help me sleep, which I can definitely see getting addicted to. If she had more than a few back then I think I might have been in trouble, but she didn't. Good news for me.
