Losing Body Fat

Hi!

If anyone can help....I am 21yrs and currently 114lbs and at 18% body fat. I would like to start competeing for women's figure contest. I have read that several female competitors find that a few weeks of a very low carb diet works to minimized body fat. I have been eating high protein and virtually no carbs for three day to try and kick my body into ketosis. Should I try something different?
