here's the deal... i'm 27 and have been gearing for a couple of years never coming off, but do take low dosages like 200-300 mg a week of eq to maintain... and i do switch off to different gear... is there any way possible of:

1. keeping my hardness
2.putting on mature solid muscle
3.but not losing anything
4.absolutely nothing that will make me hold water-i can eat fries with salt for that effect...

i am about 205-210 lb.
5'11"
about 6% fat year round

i need to grow but keep the six pack................

next contest is Nov. 1... in April i weighed in @187 and got first in novice middleweight, so i need to IMPROVE!!!

There are a handful of gentic freaks out there that can actually gain nothing but muscle. But by handful I know of 2 throughout the pro ranks of BBing, present and past.

For everyone else on the planet you have to bit the bullet and put your body in a position for it to gain muscle. This means a surplus of calories, and this surplus is going to add fat.

You have to decide what an exceptable ratio of muscle to fat is. This varies from person to person. When this ratio is crossed over and fat is being added to rapidly then it's time to go into maintenance to allow your body to adjust (accept) the new weight (set point). For someone who never comes off (HTPA recovery is not a concern) then this should dictate the length of a bulk cycle, not a predetermined set of weeks.

The opposite can be said for cutting also. But the exception for cutting comes when preping for a show. At this time you have to get down to a certain BF% and hope you still have enough muscle left to win.

have not tried igf-1... heard about it, but do not much about it...
is it obtainable without having to wear orange, or black and white stripes if caught with it(legal?)...

it's legal for research purposes, just like clen, t3, nolva, ldex, etc...

and it's offered by one of our board sponsors, cyber-solutionz

Well You can go the route of eating a ton. Keeping your protein at 2g/lb of body weight and trying to gain that way.

the pros never come off... i'm far from pro, but there's gotta be a way...
i guess i'll start by increasing my protein another 100 grams per day and see how that works for 4-6 weeks...

maybe i can order the same water the pros drink... must be the minerals in it...

Try a 60-20-20 split on macros. That's protein/carbs/fat. Get almost all of your carbs postwork.

Another 100g per day will add 400 cals X 7 days= 2800 cals week. 1 lb= 3500 cals so you will be adding @ 2lbs e/3rd week.

I would imagine that you would have to eat much more. You might just be eating enough to maintain your six-pack and that is why you aren't growing. Bump up your protein to 2g/lb of bodyweight and you'll grow. There are many posistive hormonal effects that your body goes through while eating more that will help you gain as well.
