Need Help (question for all the personal trainers out there)

Hey guys with NCSF certification, help me out here, i got a test coming up next week, give me some pointers, is it easy? Just something that gives more insight on it. I also got 2 day seminar coming up, i am guessing the test will be right after that.

No it is not too easy. You have a book right? Study from it. It is not as hard as some others in my opinion, but you do need to look over your manual.

i am , but the book is 500 pages, there so many definition terms i need to memorize, thats why i am asking, Cause i know i cant memorize all of them.
