question about my schedule

Can any one help me with this?

My goal is to gain mass..


I can only work out

Monday - thursday or monday - friday

The way i have it now is:

monday - chest tri shoulder
tuesday - bicep back
wednsday - legs

then continue monday and tuesdays routine with thursday and friday.. i havent started this schedule yet..


Does anyone think this is too much?

I am going to start this new routine on monday...

please give any tips possibble.. thanks...
 
Yes it is too much. You should do the same body part only once a week.

mon chest, tri

tues off

wed back bi

turs off

fri shoulders traps

sat off

sunday legs, forearms.

try it at different variations.
