I was wondering how everyone runs their insulin. Please be as detailed as possible.

Days per week? adding to bulker 3 times a week, as a post bridge everyday.

Post Workout Only? Yes

Dosage (please state your weight)? 10 iu's. First time using I started at 2 and worked up to make sure I had everything under control. Current weight 258 lbs.

Experience (nbr of cycles under belt)? insulin cycles? this will be three.

With AS or solo? Done it as a bridge and with AS.

What you may do differently next time? Staying with my routine until someone builds a better mousetrap ;)

Yeah, one thing. Humalog hits me like a ton of bricks right at the 15 minute mark, so if you're gonna experiment......READ READ READ! and be careful.

With AS or solo? Slin always with AAS, however will use for the first time as a bridge after current cycle ends.
What you may do differently next time? nothing unless someone can show a better way...

-i have only used humilin-r
-1 injection per day
-i used slin for 7 months straight the last time
-only on training days(so usually 4 days a week)
-only post workout
-i started at 2iu and worked my way up to 30iu(now i was taking gh and t-3 at this time so that made a big difference as to how much i was able to take)
-my weight was 250 then and am 241 now
-anabolic(10yrs exp.) slin 2 times
-always with anabolics
-im going to use 5iu this time as im switching from igf-1 to slin and see what happens
 
Run both I like R better simply because the log can be much harder to control blood sugar. As example i can take 15ius of R no problem but have never felt safe over 8-10ius of log. I have started with using R 2x week 2x per day 15ius post workout and 10 ius mid afternoon. It worked well, and keep fat off more so. Also keeps you from becoming slin resentant or depantant. In past have gone 4 weeks stright, but really found the fat builds up fast for me no matter how clean i eat. Personall slin should be used by guys under 12% body fat.
 
I have used both forms and like the fast acting much better....I use 10 ius right when I wake up before breakfast and then 10 after my workout.....the morning is the best time to use it other than your post workout because your body has been in a fast and really blasts your muscles your muscles....
 
one thing i have noticed missing here........what did you guys think of slin??

what did you gain?? any fat, mostly muscle

I've got a lot to learn before I try slin.

I hope this isn't considered hijacking the thread, but I'd like to add a few questions to the list.

Do you eat before or after your slin injection ?
How many grams of carbs, fats, and protein do you take in conjunction with your slin ?
 
you should eat atleast 5 grams...but 10 grams per iu is the safe way...I usually eat as much fat and carbs as I can because I dont care to be heavy...But for most I would not eat any fat untill it is out of your system..

You want to take in carbs and protein about 15 minutes after you take the shot....Then eat another meal 1 hour after that...I use to think it was not that important to eat that meal..but after almost passing out 3 or 4 times I learned my leasson...You dont want to experiment wiht that shit..there have been times where the carbs dont hit fast enough and I have to call my girl friend and have her talk to me on the phone just in case I pass out so she can take me to the hospital...Hypo hits like a freight train...it just comes from nowhere and the carbs take 3-4 minutes going through hell...You get weak and starting sweating...it is just a real bad situation....

anyway if you dont totally know what you are doing then dont even thing about getting it...and in my mind the only one to use is log...anything else is in your system too long and can fuck you up...then main reason so many get humulin is because you can get it with out a script....
 
Thanks Weight77....as I said before I've got a lot to learn before I try slin. I can see where you could really screw yourself up if you don't use it right.
 
through my research people say the gains you get from humilin are not matched by log.....they say R is the way to go.......
 
I have had great results from humulin and so have my clients.

I use it only 3 days a week (m,w,f) and only for 4-6 weeks at a time. Dosage for me anywhere from 8-12 iu postworkout only. I taylor my slin dosages to my carb intake - not the other way around. I also go with only about 6grams of carbs per iu as this seems to work best for me. HOWEVER, if you have not used slin before, always start at 10grams of carbs per IU until you can see if you can get by with less.

I take my slin, wait about 15-20 minutes and then ingest a whey protein drink with fast acting carbs. 1.75 - 2 hours later I have a food meal of protein and carbs with a little fat.
