I am stuck at 204 lbs

I am stuck at 204 lbs at week 7.
800 Cyp and 300-400 EQ
5500 cal./ed - 40%,40%,20%
I would like to add about 10 more lbs before I start to cut.
 
what'd happen if you added 500 calories, all good carbs and fats?
 
No I recover pretty well even when I am off.

I am having a hard time with my appetite. - No I can't use B12 - my red blood cells are too high already and the EQ is making if worse.

I will add a few tbs of Flaxseed oil - thanks
 
I personally like natty pb. I've been eating 1.5 - 2 tb several times a day.. but flax oil is good, too
 
I cant get past 235 natural. I feel your pain CC

Best of luck, mayb wake up in the middle of the night for a shake, that might add some good extra cals
 
Eat extra tri-o-plex bars :) Add in cals from PB and Flax those are easy cals that wont fill you up too terribly bad!

Try adding my personal favorite, Olive Oil to some protein shakes. Olive Oil is 14g of good fat per tablespoon. Which means 126 calories! If you are looking for an additional 10 lbs, I would shoot for an additional 1000 calories per day or 8 tablespoons of Olive Oil. It'll be the easiest 1000 calories you'll ever consume.

BTW: Don't add carbs, add the fat!

One further note on Oilive Oil. The reason you don't see it talked about much in BBing circles, is that there is no money to be made from it from the supp companies. Exotic fats like CLA, Fish Oil and Flax are all expensive when compared to Olive Oil. Last thing- go with the extra virgin!

Calories above maintenance puts on fat. Olive Oil is away to get calories above maintenance. Calories need to be above maintenance to put on muscle too.
 
I always get stuck at 203lbs till I cut.
I like the olive oil idea. Wish I knew that last bulk cycle.

Everyone talks about diet but what about workout routine and sleep? Are you still doing the same workout. If you do your body might have adapted to the stress out on it and stop growing.
 
I see everyone is saying add fat.I have better results when I add some simple carbs.I have 100g dextrose post workout then my next meal will be a good meal with some extra carbs(snackwells,poptarts,junk carbs).You need to put on a little fat to GROW!
Give it a try for a week or two.

wow thanks guys I learn something every day on here I think I will try the olive oil thing on this cycle as well I migh wait till I getstuck or the last few weeks or so
