Phosphagen HP or AST Creatine HSC?

I am going to purchase one of these for post cycle, probably up until I start my third cycle. Any opinions on the two?

I'd go with straight creatine and Gatorade.

A 4 lb. tub (41 servings) of Phosphagen HP is only $16.95. Would Gatorade even given you the needed insulin spike though, like grapejuice would?

Yep, of course you could make your own stuff with dextrose powder and creatine. Even cheaper.

How much cheaper are we talking about? Five bucks? How much would the dextrose and creatine cost?

Dextrose is about 2.50 a lb. Creatine is about 30-35 a kilo (1000g). The sugar/creatine products you are considering are some of the highest margin items supp companies sell.
