I kinda have stupid question which I think I already very well know the answer to, but still… I’m a bit intrigued.

I have been suffering from muscle aches for years know. They still haven’t figured out what the cause is. Personally I’m kinda prone to believe the theory that somehow all the clen, T3 and ECA I took overloaded my nervous system which is now sending out more pain signals from my brain to my body than it should.

Anyway, I have this friend in the gym. I know this bro for a long time and we both trust each other real well. Meaning he would not lie or keep things from me. Now he has been working out for 7 years. He looks muscular surely, but not really massive or even heavy. He looks lean, but surely not ripped. In short, he looks exactly like someone who has been working out for seven years naturally and who ate and trained a 100% correctly al the time during those 7 years. Off course we al know most of us are not able to daily to things a 100% correct day in day out for years on end.

So did he get there? Well, he claims that he has been on deca at only 50mg per week for 3 years know. He suggested that I gave it try, since I told him that each I was ‘on’ my muscle aches disappeared.

Ludicrously, on an original Belgian 50 mg rediject, the insert says ‘increases the general state of well being’ as the indication for its use.

So now I’m intrigued and was wondering what 50 mg a week could do. Now remember, it would mainly be a cure for my muscle aches and I would see it more as a ‘supplement’ meaning that it is not my goal tot gain 20 pounds of muscle and become a pro-bodybuilder. I kinda big enough now and I just want to maintain what I have achieved, without havin ‘ so much muscle aches.

But I doubt if 50 mg of deca a week will do anything. I also am not quite sure of the side-effects of long term use, nor am I aware of what such dose for such a long time means in regards to ‘deca-dick’.

But still… I was wondering. So some input from some pro’s would be welcome.

everything I have read is that it does not become effective till about 200 per week. then you ahve the whole issue of hpta shutdown with long term use. I am struggling with long term use myself on test - ( the idea of doing it - dont have any issues currently. I would think that test or win would be better for you due to not getting hte issues you ahve talked about with deca. although there have to be some long term studies on deca sinc I bluieeve they give it to aids patintes to combat wasting syndrome. that has got to be long term (longer than 18 months). but I guess they are not worried about killing them in 10 years from as abuse either. I would serioously worry about your sex life though with that long term use - how old are you?
 
Im sure many will say that my experience is not the norm, nor is it "intelligent use", but I was on deca for almost 2 1/2 years continuously. 200mg a week for first year and a half then 300mg for another year. My results?? Before I was only able to maintain a very lean 185 when clean. Now I maintain about 218. I had no sides what so ever. Maybe I am lucky and I dont recommend you try this, but I have no problems getting back to normal from long cycles. To maintain a hard 240 I stay at about 300 deca 200 EQ and 250 test every 9days. So I also use small amounts. I dont think 50mg would do anything. Kind of like a more harm than good scenario
 
I know guys who have been taking Deca for as long as I've been at their Gym ( 2+ yrs ). When I decided to juice again after being off for 10 yrs and was putting together a cycle one of them mentioned that they all Love Deca for joint purposes mainly and the slight anabolic effect. They went on to say that you can do it for years and years with no sides. They do 200mg/wk and a couple do 100mg/wk. They don't get Deca dick and I've done a bunch of it the last few years and never got D-Dick @200mg/wk. I tried to go up to 400wk and it hit me hard. Stopped immediatly and took viagra and Yohombie to get it back.
I don't know if I agree with what they are saying but I wanted you to know that there are others out there that believe in doing it long term. And neither them nor I have ever gotten D-Dick on low dose.
This is just an observation to concider.
 
Its cheap enough to try it for the duration of a normal cycle at 50mg/wk to see if the pain does go away. If it does I'd find a good Sports Dr., Tell them what your doing and how it's working for you then get checked out on some kind of regular basis to see if its doing damage. If it does then its time to look for new solutions.
Just my opinion tho
